About me
Hi there! I’m a relaxed, people-focused designer who believes UX isn’t just about wireframes and pixels, it’s about truly understanding people and making their lives easier.
Before diving into UX design, I spent years working in customer service. That experience taught me more than just patience (though, plenty of that too) it gave me firsthand insight into how people think, what frustrates them, and how small changes can make a huge difference in their day. That perspective now shapes the way I approach design: not just solving problems, but solving the right problems.
I’ve been studying UX design while working, balancing late-night learning with early-morning shifts. It’s been challenging, but also rewarding, proof that I’m serious about this craft and genuinely love what I do.
When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me on a tennis court, lost in a video game, or listening to music. These hobbies keep me curious, playful, and energized, qualities I bring into every project I work on.
So, why contact me? Because I bring more than design skills to the table. I bring empathy, real-world experience with people, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating systems that are not only functional, but actually fun to use.
